Travel Director & Clinical Client Services

Client: Worldwide Pharmaceutical Brands

Location: South America (including Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Panama, Peru) & Europe

Types of Events: Investigator Meetings; Conferences; Exhibitions; Clinical Trial Client Services


Performed Lead Travel Director role for various pharmaceutical clients including onsite management of all events, responsiblity for the Hospitality Desk and attendee activity throughout duration of meeting/events.

Provide unique and personalized customer service to clients in a clinical concierge role; as well as supplying "on the ground" logistical expertise arranging all travel and accommodation requests, acting as key liaison between client, project stakeholders and patients.
