Having organised events for a range of clients across South America and worked for more than seven years as part of the BBC Worldwide Global Events team in London, Tori Thompson has gained invaluable event production expertise on a broad range of meetings and events including: 

After moving to Argentina in 2014 Tori created Tori Thompson Events with the aim of providing first-class trustworthy Event Production services in South America. We specialise in meetings and events for clients, where know-how of local markets and suppliers are key components, as well as translation services, meeting client deadlines and succeeding your event expectations.

As a native English speaker and fluent in Spanish, Tori and her multi-lingual team will act as your liaison to avoid any language or cultural barriers for your next event. The team enjoys working with diverse clients on a variety of projects in South America and other worldwide locations.

Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Rufo is a native Spanish speaker also fluent in English and Portuguese. He works across South America, in particular providing logistical and client services in Brazil and Argentina. He has gained useful local knowledge and enjoys utilising his language skills to establish links with new suppliers and build on valued working relationships with existing contacts.

Originally trained in Architecture and construction, Rufo has notable experience in management and overseeing the logistics and completion of complex projects. His customer service is exceptional as he is patient and supportive and will work tirelessly to problem-solve any situation and achieve the best results for you.

He is also skilled in creative venue design, branding/ graphics, theming and decoration and can work towards different event objectives and budgets depending on your needs.
